Support Requests via App Store Reviews

If you wrote this review on the App Store please contact me again, I have no record of your support request.  I have no way to contact users who leave reviews on the App Store, Apple doesn’t share contact information with me.

I will not be using this app until this issue is resolved. I kept attendance and grades using this app for the first several weeks of this semester until I opened it up last week to find that most of my students and thus their grades and attendance had been deleted. I contacted the developers via their website a week ago and haven’t heard from them. I no longer trust this app and would not recommend purchasing it.

In general, if you submit a support request and don’t hear back within 24 hours feel free to write me again because I always try to respond within 24 hours (usually much faster).
